Duratia 90 mg generally contains dapoxetine, a short-acting SSRI used to treat premature ejaculation, rather than erectile dysfunction. Dapoxetine works mainly by increasing serotonin activity and helping Duratia 90 Mg ejaculation. It does not automatically cause an erection because it does not work like sildenafil or other PDE5 inhibitors, which help increase penile blood flow during sexual stimulation. So, sexual arousal is still needed for an erection, and Duratia is not intended to produce one by itself.
