Tadasoft 40 mg contains tadalafil, do not take a repeat dose on the same day. For erectile dysfunction, tadalafil taken as needed is generally limited to once per day, and its effects can last up to 36 hours. Also, 40 mg is above the usual approved as-needed Tadasoft 40 mg dose range of 5–20 mg. A 40-mg tadalafil regimen is used for a different indication (pulmonary arterial hypertension), not routine ED treatment. So, if you have already taken Tadasoft 40 mg, don't take another tablet without medical advice.
