Tadact 20 mg contains tadalafil, a PDE5 inhibitor used for erectile dysfunction. Current evidence does not show that tadalafil causes male infertility. Studies of 20 mg tadalafil taken daily for 6–9 months found no clinically meaningful adverse effects on sperm motility, morphology, total sperm count, or Tadact 20 Mg hormones. However, some studies observed a small reduction in average sperm concentration with certain tadalafil regimens, while another 20 mg study did not find this effect; the clinical significance for fertility remains uncertain. In short: Tadact 20 mg is not generally considered a cause of infertility, but if you are actively trying to conceive and have known fertility problems, discuss its use with a doctor or fertility specialist.
