Silditop 100, which contains sildenafil 100 mg, can cause nasal congestion or a stuffy nose. It happens because sildenafil can widen blood vessels in the nasal passages. It is generally a mild, temporary side effect and may occur along with headache, Silditop 100 , or indigestion. If the congestion is severe, persistent, or accompanied by difficulty breathing, swelling of the face/throat, or a severe allergic reaction, seek urgent medical attention. Also, don't take Silditop 100 together with another PDE5 inhibitor such as vardenafil (Filitra 10) unless a doctor specifically instructs you to.
