If your Orbi system is experiencing connection problems, configuration errors, or other network issues, you may need to Reset Orbi Router to restore its factory settings. A reset removes your customized WiFi name, password, and other settings, so you will need to configure the system again afterward.
Steps to Reset Orbi Router
Power on the Orbi router: Make sure your Orbi router is connected to power and turned on.
Locate the Reset button: Find the small Reset button on the back or bottom of the router.
Press the button: Use a paper clip or similar object to press and hold the Reset button.
Wait for the LED: Keep holding the button until the router's LED indicates that the reset process has started.
Release the button: Allow the Orbi router to restart completely.
After the reset, connect your device to the default Orbi network and open the Orbi app or supported setup page to configure your WiFi settings again.
