If Filitra 40 mg contains vardenafil 40 mg, there is an important safety concern: 40 mg is above the usual recommended maximum dose of vardenafil for erectile dysfunction (20 mg once daily). For standard vardenafil: It is generally taken about 25–60 minutes before sexual activity. Sexual stimulation is required. Do not take more than one dose in 24 hours. Taking 40 mg does not necessarily improve effectiveness and can increase side Filitra 40 Mg such as headache, flushing, dizziness, low blood pressure, and visual disturbances. Don't combine it with sildenafil, tadalafil, or another ED medicine. Never combine vardenafil with nitrates/GTN or “poppers.” If your tablet really says Filitra 40 mg, I'd recommend checking the packaging/active ingredient with a pharmacist or doctor before taking it, because the 40 mg strength is not the standard ED dose.
