Super P-Force is commonly marketed as a combination of sildenafil and dapoxetine for erectile dysfunction and premature ejaculation. Because it contains two active medicines, it may not be suitable for everyone.
You should avoid taking SUPER P FORCE with nitrate medicines, such as nitroglycerin or isosorbide, because sildenafil can cause a dangerous drop in blood pressure when combined with nitrates. It should also be avoided if you have been advised by a doctor not to use PDE-5 inhibitors because of certain serious heart conditions.
Dapoxetine may interact with antidepressants and other medicines that affect serotonin. It should not be combined with certain MAO inhibitors or other serotonergic medicines unless specifically approved by a healthcare professional.
Avoid using it if you have a known allergy to sildenafil, dapoxetine, or any ingredient in the product. Excessive alcohol should also be avoided because it can increase dizziness, low blood pressure, and fainting.
Before taking Super P-Force, tell your doctor or pharmacist about heart or blood-pressure problems, liver or kidney disease, previous fainting episodes, and all medicines or supplements you use.
Seek urgent medical attention if you experience severe chest pain, fainting, sudden vision or hearing changes, or an erection lasting more than four hours.
