Cenforce is sildenafil, there are some situations where you should not use it at all, and others where you should use it only after medical advice. Do not use Cenforce if: You take nitrate medicines for chest pain, such as nitroglycerin/GTN or isosorbide, or use nitrate-containing recreational “poppers.” The combination can cause a dangerous drop in blood pressure. D DailyMed +1 You take riociguat (a medicine used for certain types of pulmonary hypertension). D DailyMed +1 You've previously had a serious allergic reaction to sildenafil or an ingredient in the product. D DailyMed Your doctor has Cenforce you that sexual activity is unsafe because of your cardiovascular condition. D DailyMed Use extra caution / talk to a doctor first if: You take alpha-blockers (such as tamsulosin or doxazosin) or several blood-pressure medicines, because your blood pressure can fall too much. D DailyMed +1 You have significant heart disease, very low blood pressure, severe liver/kidney problems, or a history of prolonged erections. You've previously experienced sudden vision or hearing loss associated with sildenafil. Also, more isn't better: for standard sildenafil for ED, the recommended maximum is 100 mg once per day. So products such as the Cenforce 120, 150, or 200 mg versions you've asked about are above the usual recommended maximum and can increase adverse effects. D DailyMed If you tell me which Cenforce strength you have and what medicines you currently take, I can check the specific combinations
