Tadalista 60 mg is commonly marketed as containing tadalafil, a PDE5 inhibitor primarily used for erectile dysfunction (ED). Tadalafil increases blood flow by relaxing blood vessels, but there is not enough clinical evidence to conclude that a 60 mg dose improves or significantly delays ordinary wound healing.

Tadalafil may influence blood-vessel function and circulation, which are important components of tissue repair. However, wound healing also depends on adequate oxygenation, nutrition, immune function, blood-sugar control, and prevention which is 20 mg when taken as needed. Higher doses may increase of infection. There is currently no established recommendation to use tadalafil specifically to speed up routine wound healing.

It is also important to note that TADALISTA 60 MG is substantially higher than the usual maximum recommended tadalafil dose for ED, which is 20 mg when taken as needed. Higher doses may increase adverse effects such as headache, flushing, dizziness, low blood pressure, back pain, and muscle aches.

If you have a significant wound, recent surgery, or a wound that is healing slowly, tell your doctor before taking tadalafil. This is particularly important if you have diabetes, cardiovascular disease, circulation problems, or take blood-pressure or nitrate medicines.

Tadalafil must not be combined with nitrates, such as nitroglycerin or isosorbide, because the combination can cause a dangerous fall in blood pressure.

For wound-healing concerns, focus on appropriate wound care and treatment of the underlying cause rather than increasing tadalafil dosage. Seek medical attention if a wound develops increasing redness, swelling, warmth, pus, severe pain, fever, or other signs of infection.
