Vidalista 80 (tadalafil), food generally does not significantly affect tadalafil absorption, so it can be taken with or without food. However, 80 mg is far above the usual maximum recommended on-demand tadalafil dose of 20 mg for erectile dysfunction. I would not recommend taking Vidalista 80 without medical supervision. For a prescribed tadalafil dose: It can Vidalista 80 mg be taken with or without food. It is usually taken at least 30 minutes before sexual activity. Avoid taking more than the prescribed dose in 24 hours. Do not combine it with Cialis/other tadalafil, sildenafil (Cenforce/Fildena/Malegra), or vardenafil (Filitra). Never combine tadalafil with nitrate medicines such as nitroglycerin.
