Cycling is a popular choice for people who want to exercise indoors. A 2nd hand exercise bike can be a cost-effective option for beginners, regular cyclists and anyone creating a home gym.

When comparing models, check the resistance system, seat adjustment, pedals, display and overall stability. If you prefer a traditional cycling position, look for a suitable upright bike. For more intense indoor cycling sessions, consider a spin-style model.

A second hand exercise cycle should be inspected carefully before purchase. Check for unusual noises, loose components and signs of excessive wear. If possible, test the bike through different resistance levels and confirm that its functions work correctly.
