Our team has been handling employee information through spreadsheets and separate files, but keeping everything updated is becoming increasingly difficult. I'm considering hr management software to organize employee records, attendance, leave requests, and other daily HR activities. My biggest concern is finding a system that employees can use comfortably without creating additional work for the HR department. I'd also like to know how long the transition usually takes and whether staff need extensive training. Has anyone recently introduced an HR management system? What challenges did you face, and was the change worthwhile?
