What is the Norwegian Cruise Line drinking age, and how old must you be to order alcoholic beverages onboard? The Norwegian Cruise Line drinking age is generally 21 for cruises involving U.S. ports, with limited exceptions for eligible guests aged 18–20 to purchase and consume beer or wine in international waters with parental consent. Rules can vary by itinerary, including Alaska and Hawaii sailings. For help understanding cruise age requirements, call +1-888-653-0010 or review the official NCL alcohol policy before departure.
